Overall it was quiet with a view. Affable staff was available all the time. The location was stunning, just next door to Lecco and Milano, Bellagio-which, by the way, is somehow overrated, and Lecco for work and easily accessible.

The fine views from the Beautiful Double Room with Lake View enhanced my stay. The beautifully manicured garden provided a charming escape, which I appreciated during my downtime. The staff was accommodating, going out of their way to assist with transportation needs.

While overall, the service was great, I found the dining options to be a bit limited.

Everything seemed very good, absolutely excellent staff, quiet rooms. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. Enjoyed garden view. The location by mountains was lovely and beautiful. Further, it was near Bellagio-which, by the way, is somehow overrated, ferry port, and nature. Had a just perfect stay here.
